Tantrum is an awesome, super-caffeinated soda that Ted and Marshall drink.

It was very popular in the 90's, but was eventually discontinued after an extensive study by the FDA. Ted and Marshall drank Tantrum on their road trips from Connecticut to Chicago, to Gazola's, where they went to have pizza. Tantrum has dangerous side-effects; Ted was color blind for two weeks after drinking it, and Marshall thinks Tantrum is the reason why he passes out when he hears church bells. It gives Marshall super-strength, allowing him to tear a phonebook in two. (Duel Citizenship)

Notes and TriviaEdit

• Tantrum might be a reference to the norwegian citrus soda Urge made by Coca-cola exclusively in Norway. Urge is a high caffeine energy soda. It's most likely though, that it is a reference to "Jolt Cola", a soft drink available in the US and Canada in the 80's and 90's that boasted "All the Sugar and Twice the Caffeine", or Surge, a highly caffinated citrus-flavored soda popular in the 90s.
