Hi, sorry to bother you again. I've noticed that some of the earlier episodes have picture galleries and some don't. Ideally should all episode pages have picture galleries? Because I can add those in.
Well, most of the pics in they episode galleries are promotional images, and more are added by other users. I wasn't on the wiki in its earlier days, but I ma guessing that the episodes with empty galleries and just the text leading to their respective imgae category are those for which any promo images werent released. You can add suitable images to those episodes, if you want.
Hi Babar, thanks for all the work you do on maintaining a great Wiki for HIMYM. Your work is second to none! If possible, could you share your input on the fact that the 200th episode of the series is mid-late S9, and what you think the writers will do with that? Do you think we'll see a flashforward, will it be Ted telling Robin about Victoria, will it be some of the "explosive wedding stuff"? Or, pray to the TV Gods, all of the above?
Seeing that the entire Season 9 is taking place during the wedding weekend, I have no idea at what pace the show will be proceeding each episode. But seeing that the 200th episode will be the 16th episode of Season 9, that will probably mean that it could be the day of the wedding. I think something major will happen in that episode.
Yeah, that's why I said it. They stuck true to their word, which makes me think something: is it going to have a laughing track? I understand why they couldn't have one in the finale for S8, but I kind of liked the show without the laughing track; it felt like a more reputable comedy show sans track, and I'd like to see them carry it on for S9. Just my two cents, but I'd like to hear what you think about the structure of S9!
There wasn't a laugh track in the season 8 finale? Hmm, I didn't even notice that.
I kinda think Season 9 will be more dramatic, so maybe the decide not to use a laugh track. I think that the plan they have for Season 9 is kinda risky, but seeing that it is the final season, they are not afraid of taking risks at this point.
Not the whole of the finale, just the last few minutes. From "56 hours...". I noticed because Lily said the thing about Chicago, paused as though there'd be a laugh, and then Ted carried on the dialogue. I hope they don't use a track, it's so much more tense that way, and I have a feeling that S9 will be quite secretive.
Hello. My name is Nic and I'm from the Community Development Team. As you may or may not have heard, we recently released an application called My Wikia. We are hoping to bring this app to the attention of more people and for this reason could use some cooperation with this Wiki. We are hoping that you will allow us to display this Template in the upper-right hand column on your wiki. If you are fine with us displaying this, please let me know. Thanks.
We know that Barney and Robin Do get married, but whether they stay married is another discussion. However, I think it is highly unlikely that if B/R's wedding doesn't last, and the mother also dies, that Robin and Ted get together.
