Lucy Zinman is the daughter of Tony Grafanello and Stella Zinman and niece of Nora Zinman. She is Stella's excuse for refusing to move to New York.

She doesn't apear to hold any bad feelings for Tony, being happy to see him, and staying with him, probably due to his having broken up with Stella before she was born, and as Stella still loves him, wouldn't bad-mouth him to their daughter. Lucy occasionally shows signs of maturity but is still fundamentally a child.

In I Heart NJ, she confidentially refers to Ted as "Big Guy".
