Lawyered is a phrase repeatedly used by Marshall Eriksen, given that he works as a lawyer. He uses it whenever he uses fact to disprove/defeat another's argument. He has also used variations of "Lawyered", depending on the situation (as can be seen below).
"Lawyered" Quotes Edit
Barney: What, you have some puritanical hang-up about prostitution? Dude, it's the world's oldest profession!
Marshall: You really think that's true?
Barney: Ohh, yeah. I bet even Cro-Magnons used to give cave hookers like, an extra fish for putting out.
Marshall: Uh huh, so then the oldest profession would be fisherman. Kaboom! You've been lawyered.
Barney: The companionship business is the growth industry of the 21st century. You do realize that one out of every eight adult women in America is a prostitute.
Marshall: You just made that up.
Barney: ...statistic, men who have had at least one relationship with a prostitute, are 75% more likely to have success in future relationships.
Marshall: You made that up.
Ted: Say what you will, but it's a law of nature.
Marshall: Lawyered!... of nature.
Robin: Yes, and so Don is and always will be a rabbit!
Ted: I wouldn't be so sure, Robin. Think about it, Don? Donald? Donald..Duck? And what, I wonder, does Donald Duck never wear?
Ted: Pants. Don's a duck. Permission to say Lawyered?
Marshall: I'll allow it.
