Louisa Mendoza, also known as "Louisa the Lunchlady" appears in Old King Clancy and is a cafeteria worker at GNB who believes that she is engaged to Barney. When Bilson fired Ted, Marshall and Barney created a 'taskforce' to keep Ted from finding out. Louisa was on the taskforce, which led to her and Ted making out. It's unknown whether Louisa still works at GNB, although she is seen in the ETR (or Employee Transition Room) with Barney, crawling out from under the table (probably after having sex with him) just to get fired a few seconds later.
